WHAT IS GOING ON BOB BAILEY?TRANSFERRING TO SEATTLE?

IS THIS A DEMOTION BECAUSE THE STORE HASN'T BEEN MAKING THEIR MONTHS ? WE UNDERSTAND THE STORE WAS DOWN $500,000 ALONE FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY ALONE ! NOW THE PEACOCK CAN'T STRUT HIS STUFF LIKE HE'S THE CATS MEOW TO THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES ! HE CAN JOIN BETH HICKS IN SEATTLE WHO GOT THE AX PREVIOUS TO HIM !

NOW HE CAN ASSIST BETH HICKS IN FORECASTING THE WEATHER IN SEATTLE ! SHE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A WEATHER GIRL ON TV - SHE WOULD CONSTANTLY HOG THE MIC DURING OUR BORING MORNING RALLIES AND OF COURSE THEY WERE ALWAYS ABOUT HERSELF ! LOL! GOOD LUCK MR.

BAILEY - US GIRLS ARE NOT GOING TO MISS U ! PERHAPS AND HOPEFULLY THE NEXT MANAGER CAN PUT THIS STORE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION !

CHECK YOUR PAYCHECKS - PAY PERIOD ENDING 4/15/2013 - THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER ADJUSTMENT TO PAYROLL FOR THE PREVIOUS YEARS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CHEATING THE RHODE ISLAND EMPLOYEES.SOME ADJUSTMENTS ARE IN THE THOUSANDS !

UNFORTUNATELY THEY WILL NOT RELEASE ANY PAYROLL INFORMATION AS TO WHERE THE SHORTAGE HAS BEEN HAPPENING ! NO COPIES OF PREVIOUS PAYROLLS TO SHOW WHERE THE SHORTAGE HAS TAKEN PLACE - ONLY THEY MENTION THE YEARS ! WE CANT WAIT UNTIL THE ECONOMY PICKS UP HERE IN RHODE ISLAND SO WE CAN EXIT THIS PHONEY PLACE ! THE MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD !

NOW EMPLOYEES ARE DROPPING LIKE FLIES AND THE REVOLVING DOOR GOES ROUND AND ROUND AGAIN UNTIL THEY CATCH ANOTHER FOOL !

REPORT YOUR PAYROLL SHORTAGE TO THE RI DEPT OF LABOR AND CALL YOUR LOCAL TV STATIONS AND SPEAK WITH AND INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER !WE CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE !

ON JANUARY 9TH , 2015, NORDSTROM, PROVIDENC RI  HAD TO CLOSE THE CAFE ON THE  THIRD FLOOR BECAUSE MANY MICE WERE RUNNING AROUND WHILE WE ATE !LOL!

THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT NITE GAVE TO US A MEAL TICKET ( FREE) TO COME BACK AND HAVE ANOTHER MEAL . WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD GO BACK AND EAT IN SUCH A DIRTY RESTAURANT ? A FEW DAY LATER - I HEAR THRU THE GRAPE VINE THAT THE RHODE ISLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WAS CALLED IN ALONG WITH AN EXTERMINATOR!

BUT THIS IS WHAT TAKES THE "CAKE" - AN EMPLOYEE CAME   INTO THE CAFE WITH A BROOM AND WAS TRYING CHASE THE MICE AWAY ! LOL

AND FOUND OUT LATER THAT THE CAFE HAD PLANTED SEVERAL MOUSE TRAPS AROUND THE CAFE !

PLEASE TAKE NOTE - THE KITCHEN I FOUND OUT ISNT TOO CLEAN EITHER !

WATCH OUT WHAT U PUT IN YOUR MOUTH  FROM THAT RESTAURANT - BETTER STILL - DONT EAT IN NORDSTROM CAFE - PROVIDENCE !

Nordstrom has actually screwed their employees more and more as time has gone on. Here's how:

1) Customer comes into store, USES store employee time, resources, fitting rooms, shoes on feet, etc. Customer THEN orders from NORDSTROM.COM later... -0- commission to employee. Employee worked for FREE!

2) Nordstrom.com 'customer' brings 'returns' into Nordstrom STORE location, takes up sales employees time and energy to handle returns, Nord employee is paid -0-! Again, free work, no pay

3) Nordstrom customer buys a shoe, dress, bag or something else and then comes back to the non-selling employee to handle refitting or return, takes minutes to an hour, then transaction is re=rung. That employee gets paid -0-!

4) Nordstrom's new 'mobile' i-touch based system is mandated for use in it's 'mobile' stores like Scottsdale, and beyond. Transactions flow like normal EXCEPT, 5-15% of them FAIL. IE... customer is rung up, but, receipt does not print, server goes off-line, etc. All of what CAN go wrong with a server based system rushed out for service before it's been throughly tested DOES go wrong. Result? Selling Employee who is 100% commissioned is NOT paid, AND Nordstrom is NOT paid. A screw deal all the way around. AND Inventory is off. Worst of all, When employees report the issues, their managers, Store manager, LP and other MICs ignore it and say that they can not help.

Nord is in a very bad place right now!

WATCH WHO RUNS TO THEIR CARS AT BREAK OR LUNCH TIME TO GET HIGH ! DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYESS BEFORE U HIRE THEM ! DRUG TEST YOUR COOPERATE EMPLOYEES ALSO - THE RESULTS WILL BE ASTONISHING !
